✨ Session 1 (10:15-11:15am ET) - The Real Reason You’re Not Losing Weight

✅ The role your hormones play in weight loss (spoiler: it’s more important than willpower)

✅How your cholesterol numbers can clue you into whether blood sugar or stress is halting your progress

We’re sitting down (virtually) to talk about what it means to really live in our bodies. We’ll dive into embodiment tools, the things that hold us back and unpack what it feels like to thrive in and actually celebrate the body you’re in.


Get your apron ready because this isn’t just another cooking class —this is a hands-on experience that will teach you:

✅ How to build perfectly balanced, satisfying meals using real, whole foods

✅ How to get out of “food jail”

✅ What ingredients to avoid (and what to replace them with) to reduce inflammation 

✅ How to eat all the bacon and eggs and butter you want to and still be healthy

✅ How to prepare delicious staples like healing soups, grain-free sides, and nutrient-packed snacks

✅ Quick food prep tips that will save you time while keeping your meals nourishing and flavorful

✨ Session 3 (1:00-2:00pm ET) - It’s Not All in Your Head, Chronic Stress is Actually Killing You

I think this is honestly one of the most challenging for people to really wrap their brain around because so many of the stressors in our life are invisible, ignored, poo-pooed, or overlooked. And yet your body is feeling it all and compensating the best that it can, until it can’t anymore. This topic is my favorite because there are so many things you can be doing in your life, most of them free, to alleviate the impact of stress. If you sign up for no other reason than this session, it will be worth its weight in gold. You’ll learn: 

✅ How stress silently impacts everything from your sleep to your weight and energy levels

✅ The connection between stress and adrenal dysfunction—and what you can do to recover

✅ Simple daily practices to calm your nervous system and reset your day

✅ How food, breathwork, and movement can radically reduce cortisol levels

✨ Session 4 (2:15-4:00pm ET) - Bloodwork Your Doctor Isn’t Ordering That Could Save Your Life
